Caring for your car
A few simple habits keep your work looking flawless. Here's the first-week routine, plus tips for exactly what we did to your car.
⏱️ The first week (all services)
Wait before washing: 48 hours for tint — and a full 7 days for fresh wrap, PPF, or ceramic coating.
Hand wash only. Skip automatic brush tunnels — they lift film edges and dull finishes.
Use a pH-neutral soap , two buckets, and a soft microfiber mitt. Dry with a clean microfiber.
Park in shade or a garage when you can — Florida sun is relentless.
See anything lifting, hazing, or peeling? Call us right away — it's covered.
Window Tint
Window tint care
Don't roll windows down for 3–5 days while the film bonds.
A little haze or tiny water bubbles for 2–4 weeks is normal curing — don't pick at it; it clears on its own.
Clean with an ammonia-free glass cleaner and microfiber (ammonia eats tint). No paper towels or abrasive pads.
Backed by a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and purple fade.
Paint Protection Film
PPF care
Wait ~7 days before the first wash so edges fully set.
Faint haze or bubbles right after install is water curing out — gone within a week or two.
Hand wash; keep high-pressure jets off the film edges . The self-healing top coat erases light swirls with warm water or sun.
No waxes with harsh solvents on the edges. Quality film carries up to a 10-year warranty.
Vinyl / Color Wrap
Car wrap care
Wait ~7 days before washing; hand wash only — brushes and high pressure lift the seams.
Remove bug splatter, fuel, and bird droppings promptly — they can stain or etch vinyl.
Use wrap-safe products only — no petroleum solvents, cutting polishes, or wax on matte/satin finishes.
Garage it when you can; prolonged UV is what ages vinyl fastest.
Ceramic Coating
Ceramic coating care
Keep it dry the first 24–48h and don't wash for 7 days while it fully cures.
After curing, a quick rinse-and-wash with pH-neutral soap is all it needs — the hydrophobic top sheds water and grime.
No abrasive polishes or harsh chemicals — they wear the coating down early.
Still wash regularly, and add a maintenance topper every few months to keep the gloss and beading.
